Trouble Hearing
A worried husband went to the doctor to ask about his wife. He says to the doctor, "Doctor, I think my wife is deaf - she never hears me the first time." "Ok," the doctor replied, "go home and
tonight stand about 10 metres from her and ask her something. If she doesn't reply move about 2 metres closer and ask again. Keep doing this until we can be sure she is deaf.
The husband goes home and does exactly as the doctor said. He starts off about 10 metres from his wife in the kitchen as she is chopping some vegetables and says, "Honey, what's for dinner?" He hears no response. He moves about 2 metres closer and asks again. No reply. He moves 2 metres closer. Still no reply. He repeats this until he is standing right behind her, and asks again, "Honey, what's for dinner?"
She replies, "For the sixth time, Thai curry!"
